Signs of Cold Stress in Lychee
Symptoms
Lychee thrives in warmth and cannot withstand cold. Optimal growth occurs above 59℉. In winter, maintain temperatures above 50℉. Below 41℉, leaves may lose color. Post-frost, they progressively turn brown or black, exhibiting wilting and drooping.
Solutions
Remove frost-damaged sections. Promptly relocate indoors to a warm area for protection. Position the plant near a south-facing window for sufficient light. Avoid placing near heating or AC vents to prevent air dryness.

Symptoms
In summer, Lychee should remain below 77℉. Exceeding 86℉ causes leaves to lighten and increases sunburn risk.
Solutions
Prune off sun-scorched and desiccated areas. Relocate the plant to a spot shaded from midday and afternoon sun. Water in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
