Signs of Cold Stress in Rampion
Symptoms
Rampion tolerates cool conditions moderately well, flourishing optimally between 60℉ and 75℉. In colder months, maintain temperatures above 50℉. Should temperatures drop below 40℉, foliage may darken. Extreme cold can lead to water-soaked tissue death, wilting, drooping, and a gradual browning of leaves.
Solutions
Remove any parts damaged by frost. Promptly relocate the plant to a warm indoor setting or construct a temporary greenhouse for protection. If moved indoors, position it near a south-facing window for adequate light. Supplement with artificial lighting if natural light is insufficient.

Symptoms
In summer, Rampion needs temperatures below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, its growth rate diminishes, leaf coloration fades, and it becomes more prone to sun damage.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and dried. Relocate the plant to an area offering protection from the afternoon sun. Water the plant during the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
