Signs of Heat Stress in Selkirk's violet
Symptoms
In summer, Selkirk's violet should be kept below 65℉. When temperatures surpass 75℉, leaves may lighten, curl, become prone to sunburn, and in severe cases, the plant may wilt and dry out completely.
Solutions
Remove any sunburned and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
