Signs of Cold Stress in Caesarweed
Symptoms
Caesarweed thrives in warmth and cannot withstand cold. Optimal growth occurs above 75℉. In winter, temperatures should remain above 60℉. If the temperature drops below 50℉, foliage may lose its vibrant color. Following frost exposure, leaves progressively turn brown or black, exhibiting wilting and drooping.
Solutions
Remove any frost-damaged sections. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm area for protection from cold. Position it near a south-facing window to ensure sufficient light. Furthermore, avoid placing it near heating units or AC vents to prevent excessive air dryness.
Signs of Heat Stress in Caesarweed
Symptoms
In summer, Caesarweed should be maintained below 85℉. When temperatures surpass 95℉, leaves become paler and the plant is more prone to sunburn.
Solutions
Prune off any sun-scorched and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from intense midday and afternoon sun. Irrigate the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
