Indications of Cold Temperatures in Blindeyes
Symptoms
Blindeyes tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 50℉. If the temperature drops below 40℉, while winter might show no immediate effects, spring could see reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted.
Indications of Warm Temperatures in Blindeyes
Symptoms
In summer, Blindeyes should be kept below 70℉. When temperatures surpass 80℉, the plant's foliage might lighten, curl easily, suffer from sunburn, and in severe instances, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and desiccated. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from intense midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
