Signs of Heat Stress in American white water-lily
Symptoms
During summer, American white water-lily should be kept below 85℉. When temperatures surpass 90℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl easily, become prone to sunburn, and in severe instances, the entire plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and dried. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
