Signs of Cold Stress in Queen's-delight
Symptoms
Queen's-delight tolerates cold well and flourishes when temperatures exceed 70℉. In winter, maintain temperatures above 60℉. If temperatures drop below 50℉, while immediate winter changes might be absent, reduced or absent sprouting could occur in spring.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted.
Signs of Heat Stress in Queen's-delight
Symptoms
In summer, Queen's-delight should be maintained below 85℉. When temperatures surpass 90℉, the plant's foliage may lighten, curl, become prone to sunburn, and in severe instances, the entire plant might wilt and desiccate.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and dried-out portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to ensure soil moisture.
