Signs of Cold Stress in Meadowsweet
Symptoms
Meadowsweet tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 55℉. If temperatures drop below 32℉, while winter effects might not be obvious, spring may see reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted.

Symptoms
In summer, Meadowsweet should be kept below 70℉. When temperatures surpass 75℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl, become prone to sun damage, and in extreme cases, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
