Symptoms
Lady's slipper orchid flourishes in warm conditions and cannot withstand cold. Optimal growth occurs when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, maintain temperatures above 50℉. If the temperature drops below 39℉, leaves will show widespread waterlogged decay, wilting, and drooping.
Solutions
Remove any frost-damaged sections. Promptly relocate indoors to a warm spot to shield from cold. Position the plant near a south-facing window for sufficient light. Furthermore, avoid placing near heating or AC vents to prevent overly dry air.

Symptoms
In summer, Lady's slipper orchid should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, plant development stops, and leaves progressively wilt. It becomes more prone to root rot and can easily get sunburned with direct sun exposure.
Solutions
Prune off any sun-scorched and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a shaded area during midday and afternoon. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain moisture for both the plant and its surroundings.
