Signs of Cold Temperatures in Mountain everlasting
Symptoms
Mountain everlasting tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 65℉. In winter, maintain temperatures above 50℉. If temperatures drop below 40℉, while winter changes might not be obvious, spring may see reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted.
Signs of High Temperatures in Mountain everlasting
Symptoms
In summer, Mountain everlasting should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl, become prone to sunburn, and in severe cases, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
