Signs of Cold Stress in Bhabhar
Symptoms
Bhabhar favors warm conditions and cannot withstand low temperatures. It flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 68℉. In winter, maintain temperatures above 59℉. If the temperature drops below 50℉, foliage may lose its vibrant color. Following frost damage, leaves progressively turn brown or black, and signs like wilting and drooping might appear.
Solutions
Remove any parts damaged by frost. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm setting for protection from cold. Select a position near a south-facing window to ensure sufficient light. Furthermore, avoid placing the plant close to heating units or AC vents to prevent excessive air dryness.
Signs of Heat Stress in Bhabhar
Symptoms
In summer, Bhabhar should be maintained below 77℉. When temperatures surpass 86℉, leaf coloration fades, and the plant becomes more prone to sun damage.
Solutions
Prune off any sun-scorched and desiccated sections. Relocate the plant to an area offering protection from the intense midday and afternoon sun. Hydrate the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
