Symptoms
Pink tickseed exhibits exceptional cold hardiness, but winter temperatures should remain above 45℉. Should temperatures fall below this point, while no immediate changes might be apparent in winter, a reduction in spring sprouting, or even a complete lack thereof, could occur.
Solutions

Signs of Heat Stress in Pink tickseed
Symptoms
Pink tickseed does not tolerate elevated temperatures well. When temperatures surpass 75℉, its development ceases, and its vulnerability to rot increases.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are scorched and dried. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or employ a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
