Indications of Cold Conditions in Partridgefoot
Symptoms
Partridgefoot tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 50℉. If temperatures drop below 40℉, while winter changes might not be obvious, spring may see reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that did not sprout.
Indications of Warm Conditions in Partridgefoot
Symptoms
In summer, Partridgefoot should be kept below 70℉. When temperatures go above 80℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl easily, be prone to sun damage, and in extreme cases, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and dried. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
