Ideal Temperature for Black garlic

Indications of Low Temperature in Black garlic
Symptoms
Black garlic tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 50℉. If the temperature drops below 40℉, while no immediate changes might be apparent in winter, a reduction or complete absence of sprouting could occur in spring.
Solutions
During spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted.
Indications of High Temperature in Black garlic
Symptoms
In summer, Black garlic should be kept below 70℉. When temperatures surpass 80℉, the plant's leaves might lighten in hue, tend to curl, become prone to sun damage, and in severe instances, the entire plant could wilt and desiccate.
Solutions
Remove the sun-damaged and dried-out portions. Relocate the plant to an area offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or employ a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
