A species of Funnels. Also known as Cloud funnel.
Across Europe and North America, the clouded funnel mushrooms are found in circular patterns on the forest floor. In the British Isles, these formations were historically referred to as fairy rings. While previously thought to be suitable for consumption, contemporary studies indicate that clouded funnels are slightly poisonous and should be avoided, as they can induce severe gastrointestinal distress in certain individuals.
