Is this Cilantro or parsley?

Distinguishing cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) from parsley (Petroselinum crispum) can be tricky. Cilantro typically has more delicate, lacy leaves with a slightly serrated edge and a very distinctive, often described as "soapy" or "citrusy" aroma.
