Signs of Heat Stress in Calico aster
Symptoms
In summer, Calico aster should be maintained below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl easily, suffer from sunburn, and in extreme cases, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and desiccated. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
