Indications of Low Temperature in Field burrweed
Symptoms
Field burrweed tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 65℉. In winter, it needs to stay above 60℉. If temperatures drop below 32℉, while winter changes might not be obvious, spring may see reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted successfully.
Indications of High Temperature in Field burrweed
Symptoms
In summer, Field burrweed should be maintained below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 80℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl easily, suffer from sunburn, and in severe instances, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and desiccated. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade fabric for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
