Signs of Heat Stress in Brown-eyed susan
Symptoms
In summer, Brown-eyed susan should be maintained below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, leaves may lighten, curl, become prone to sunburn, and in severe instances, the plant may wilt and dry out completely.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering midday and afternoon shade, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
