Signs of Heat Stress in Simon's poplar
Symptoms
Simon's poplar does not tolerate elevated temperatures well. When temperatures surpass 77℉, it might shed a considerable number of leaves, and in extreme instances, the entire plant could wilt and perish.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and desiccated sections. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or utilize a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
