Signs of Heat Stress in Common plantain
Symptoms
In summer, Common plantain should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, leaves may lighten, curl, and suffer sunburn; in extreme cases, the plant may wilt and dry out completely.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged or desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot shaded from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
