Ideal Temperature for Artillery plant

Artillery plant favors warm conditions and cannot withstand low temperatures. It flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 65℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 55℉. If the temperature drops below 45℉, its foliage might lose some color. Following frost damage, the leaves progressively turn brown or black, and signs like wilting and drooping can appear.

Remove any parts damaged by frost. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm setting for protection from cold. Position the plant near a south-facing window to ensure sufficient light. Furthermore, avoid placing it close to heating units or AC vents to prevent overly dry air.

In summer, Artillery plant should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, the leaves' hue lightens, and the plant becomes more prone to sun damage.

Prune off any sun-scorched and desiccated sections. Relocate the plant to an area that offers shade from the intense midday and afternoon sun. Water the plant during the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
