Signs of Cold Stress in Easter lily
Symptoms
Easter lily tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it should be maintained above 50℉. If temperatures drop below 40℉, while winter changes might be unnoticeable, spring may see reduced or absent sprouting.
Solutions
In spring, remove any sections that have not sprouted successfully.
Signs of Heat Stress in Easter lily
Symptoms
During summer, Easter lily should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, the plant's leaves might lighten, curl easily, be prone to sunburn, and in severe instances, the whole plant could wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and desiccated. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from the midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
