Bottle palm favors warm conditions and cannot withstand cold. It flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 65℉. In winter, it should be maintained above 60℉. If the temperature drops below 55℉, foliage may lose its vibrant hue. Following frost damage, the leaves progressively turn brown or black, and signs like wilting and drooping might appear.
Solutions
Remove the sections affected by frost. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm setting for protection against cold. Position the plant near a south-facing window to ensure sufficient light exposure. Furthermore, avoid placing it near heating units or AC vents to prevent overly dry air.

In summer, Bottle palm should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 80℉, the leaf color fades, and the plant becomes more prone to sun damage.
