Symptoms
Weeping fig favors warm conditions and cannot withstand low temperatures. It flourishes best when the temperature exceeds 65℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 60℉. If the temperature drops below 55℉, its leaves might lose some color. Following frost damage, the foliage progressively turns brown or black, and signs like wilting and drooping can appear.
Solutions
Remove the sections affected by frost. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm setting for protection from the cold. Select a location near a south-facing window for the plant, ensuring plenty of light. Furthermore, avoid positioning the plant close to heating units or AC vents to prevent overly dry air.
