Ideal Temperature for Coriander

Signs of Cold Stress in Coriander
Symptoms
Coriander tolerates cool temperatures moderately well, flourishing optimally between 65℉ and 75℉. In colder months, maintain temperatures above 50℉. If temperatures drop below 32℉, foliage might darken. Severe instances can lead to water-soaked tissue death, wilting, drooping, and a gradual browning of leaves.
Solutions
Remove any parts damaged by frost. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm setting or construct a temporary greenhouse for protection against cold. When indoors, position it near a south-facing window for abundant light. If natural light is inadequate, provide additional illumination.
Signs of Heat Stress in Coriander
Symptoms
In summer, Coriander should be maintained below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, plant development slows, leaf coloration fades, and it becomes more prone to sun damage.
Solutions
Prune off any sun-scorched or desiccated sections. Transfer the plant to a spot offering protection from the afternoon sun. Water the plant during morning and evening hours to maintain soil moisture.
