Signs of Heat Stress in Golden columbine
Symptoms
During summer, Golden columbine should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures exceed 85℉, plant leaves may lighten, curl, become prone to sunburn, and in severe cases, the whole plant might wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and desiccated sections. Relocate the plant to a spot offering midday and afternoon shade, or use a shade cloth. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
