Signs of Heat Stress in Green amaranth
Symptoms
In summer, Green amaranth should be kept below 85℉. When temperatures exceed 95℉, plant leaves may lighten, curl, suffer sunburn, and in severe cases, the whole plant can wilt and dry out.
Solutions
Remove any sun-damaged and desiccated portions. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade fabric. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
