Signs of Cold Stress in Haworth's aeonium
Symptoms
Haworth's aeonium cannot withstand extremely low temperatures. It flourishes optimally when temperatures range from 60℉ to 75℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 50℉. If the temperature drops below 40℉, its leaves will show waterlogging and necrosis, followed by wilting. For minor frost damage, initial signs might be absent, but within a week, leaves will severely droop and eventually detach.
Solutions
Cut away the frost-damaged sections. Promptly relocate the plant indoors to a warm spot or construct a temporary greenhouse for thermal protection. When indoors, position it near a south-facing window for sufficient light. If using a makeshift greenhouse, ensure good air circulation to prevent rot from stagnant air.

Symptoms
In summer, Haworth's aeonium should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 85℉, the plant will enter dormancy, and it becomes more susceptible to rot in humid conditions.
Solutions
Discard any dry or decayed portions. Transfer the plant to a semi-shaded location, shielding it from direct sun exposure during midday and afternoon. Cease watering until the weather cools down.
