Ideal Temperature for Sugar maple

Indications of Low Temperature in Sugar maple
Symptoms
Sugar maple tolerates cold well and flourishes optimally when temperatures exceed 60℉. In winter, it needs to be maintained above 40℉. If the temperature drops below -30℉, while no immediate changes might be apparent in winter, branches can become brittle and dry in spring, with no new growth appearing.
Solutions
In spring, remove any dead branches that have not produced new foliage.
Indications of High Temperature in Sugar maple
Symptoms
During summer, Sugar maple should be kept below 75℉. When temperatures surpass 90℉, the plant's leaves might lighten in hue, their tips could become dry and shriveled, and the plant becomes more prone to sun damage.
Solutions
Remove any parts that are sunburned and dried. Relocate the plant to a spot offering protection from midday and afternoon sun, or use a shade cloth for cover. Water the plant in the morning and evening to maintain soil moisture.
